Retirement planning, like planning for anything, is improved by having good information not only about where you are going but about where you are right now.

Best Plan Retirement uses the Retirement Success Profile (RSP)® as the foundation for its Retirement Coaching Services.

The Retirement Success Profile (RSP)® is a scientifically designed and tested assessment tool that identifies personal retirement strengths and concerns. Developed by Dr. Richard Johnson, founder of Retirement Options, the RSP measures a person’s current beliefs and behaviours against their expectations about retirement.

The RSP is a 120 item on-line questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete. It measures 15 factors known to indicate how likely a person is to construct a happy and personally successful lifestyle in their maturing years. Money is only one of these factors.

The foundation for your retirement planning process is a personalized RSP® Interpretation Report that identifies, or confirms, your strengths and potential weaknesses with respect to retirement preparedness and graphically illustrates where there are gaps needing attention.

Best Plan Retirement works with you to clarify not only the information available but the information gaps as well and to use that information to create an individually meaningful plan for your retirement.

Completing your Retirement Coaching Package

• Once you have selected a retirement coaching package, you will be provided with directions via email for completing your assessment.
• After completing the questionnaire you will receive your personalized RSP Interpretation Report via email.
• You will receive the companion book, The New Retirement, by Dr. Richard Johnson, in the mail within 2 weeks.
• You will also receive an email from Best Plan Retirement requesting to schedule a telephone review and interpretation of your RSP results.
